Love watercress . make my salad with lil' olive oil, touch of vianger, sprinkle some salt, sometimes slice a few pieces of radishes to it , is good stuff. Water is always good, if have the choice and is available, I like what we call,  malta (non alcohol malt drink) with condensed milk and stir, my favorite drink  if not Coke, Pepsi, not exactly healthy or whatnot but it is what is is and realistic, lol . love the long-horns(hair doo), you make it all look good, hehehe    ~
